These terms govern your use of this website and your dealings with FPF Concrete LLC (“FPF Concrete,” “we,” “us”), a concrete contractor based in Columbia, South Carolina. By using this site, requesting an estimate, or messaging us, you agree to them.
01What this website is
This site describes the concrete work we do and lets you ask for a free estimate. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a fixed price, or a guarantee of availability. Prices, service areas and lead times change.
02Estimates and quotes
Estimates are free. A figure given over the phone, by text, or in conversation is an indication, not a quote.
Only a written quote from FPF Concrete is binding, and only for the scope it describes. A written quote sets out the work, the slab thickness, the base, and the reinforcement, so you can see what you are paying for.
Concrete pricing depends heavily on what is found on site: excavation depth, existing base, drainage, fall, access for trucks, and what is under the ground. If conditions differ materially from what was visible at the estimate, we will tell you before proceeding and agree any change in writing.
Scheduling is weather-dependent. Pours are moved when conditions would compromise the work. Typical lead time from accepted quote to start is a few weeks, but it is an estimate and not a promise of a date.
We do not offer emergency or same-day callout.
03Payment
We accept cash and check. We do not accept credit or debit cards, and no payment details are collected through this website.
Pricing is normally per square foot, or per job on smaller work. Payment terms for your project are set out in your written quote.
04How we contact you
When you submit the estimate form, start a chat on this site, or call us, you are asking us to get back to you using the contact details you provide. Depending on what you consented to, that may be by phone, email or text message.
05Text messaging (SMS) program terms
These terms apply to text messages sent by FPF Concrete LLC.
The three ways you may start receiving texts from us
- The estimate form. You give us your mobile number and tick the consent box on our website.
- The website chat. You start a chat and agree to receive texts as part of that conversation.
- You call us and we miss it. If you call FPF Concrete and we cannot pick up — usually because we are out on a job — we send one text back to the number you called from, so you can tell us what you need in writing. If you reply, we may continue the conversation by text and follow up about your enquiry. Reply STOP to that first message and we will not text you again.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.
Reply STOP at any time to end messages. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, after which no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance, or call us.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and your device.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.
Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
