FPF Concrete LLC (“FPF Concrete,” “we,” “us”) is a concrete contractor based in Columbia, South Carolina, serving Richland, Lexington and Kershaw counties. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our phone and messaging channels, what we do with it, and — just as importantly — what we do not do with it.

When you request an estimate, start a chat on this site, call us, or email us, we may collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number — including the number you call us from, if we miss your call
- Your email address
- The type of work you need and your rough timeline
- Details about the job, including any photographs, measurements or site notes you send us
- The service address, once a site visit is scheduled
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records basic technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the page that referred you. This is used to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.
We do not collect payment card details through this website.
02How we use your information

- To keep records of work performed, for warranty and accounting purposes

03Text messages (SMS)
FPF Concrete LLC may text you about your estimate request, scheduling, and the progress of your job. There are three ways this can start:
- You give us your mobile number and tick the consent box on our estimate form.
- You start a chat on this website and agree there to receive texts.
- You call us and we miss the call. If you ring us and we cannot pick up — usually because we are out on a job — we send one text back to the number you called from so you can tell us what you need in writing. If you reply, we may keep the conversation going by text and follow up about your enquiry. Reply STOP to that first message and we will not text you again.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services from FPF Concrete LLC. You can decline texts and still request an estimate, get a quote, and have work done — we will simply call or email you instead.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.
We do not sell, rent, lease, trade or otherwise transfer mobile phone numbers, or the consent you give to receive text messages, to third parties, affiliates, lead generators, data brokers or marketing partners under any circumstances.
Consent you give to FPF Concrete LLC applies to FPF Concrete LLC only. It is not transferable to any other business.
You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP. Doing so stops text messages only; it does not cancel scheduled work and does not prevent us from reaching you by phone or email about a job already in progress.
04Text messaging
Phone numbers and SMS consent information collected through the chat widget on this site are used only to communicate with you about your service. They are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
This covers the mobile number you provide in the chat, the consent you give there, and the record of that consent. It is not passed to affiliates, lead generators, data brokers or marketing partners under any circumstances.
05Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only as far as they need it to do their job:
These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing. As stated above, mobile numbers and SMS consent data are excluded from all sharing.
We may disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
We do not sell your personal information.
06Cookies and analytics
This site uses a small number of cookies to keep the site working and to measure traffic in aggregate. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may not work as well if you do. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.
07How long we keep information
Records relating to completed work — quotes, invoices, job notes and photographs — are kept for as long as needed for warranty, tax and legal purposes. Estimate requests that do not turn into work are kept for a reasonable period and then removed. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

- See what we hold: ask for a copy of your information
- Correct or delete: ask us to fix or remove your information

09Children
This website and our services are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, including using reputable service providers and limiting access to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting text messaging will be posted here before they take effect.
